-Book CG is between 90 to 100mm from the leading edge with GEAR DOWN! BUT the image shows the CG at 140mm (at the end of second fuselage panel) so firstly I tried Maiden flight at 130mm with (70gr lead in the vertical stab+(exhaust pipe 27gr+ burner and controller 45gr=72gr)=142gr) and perfect neutral CG!
Rates:
-Ailerons are measured at the inside root. -Elevator at the inside root (contre fuselage, emplanture) of trailing edge (bord de fuite) and neutral position is set at about 23mm as measured from the top of the fuselage to the elevator leading edge.
-Rudder is Measured at its base.
-My Low: aile 6mm (40%), elev 10mm (25%), rud 9mm (30%)
-Mid (book’s low): ail 11mm (60%), elev 21mm (50%), rud 16mm (60%)
-High (book’s high): ail 15mm (90%), elev 27mm (80%), rud 21mm (80%)
Flaps: 10mm take off and full down 50mm for landings with 2mm up elevator compensation (10%)
-Flights and LiPo:
1st: CG130mm: CNHL 4000 70C : 4m flight (3m37 motor) 3.82v
2nd: with missiles and tanks: CG140mm (tail heavy but still flyable): HD4000 60C: 3m17 flight (3m07 motor) 3.84v
